This page explains which personal data is processed when you visit tagdantas.com.br or fill in the audit form, what it is used for, who it is shared with and how you can exercise your rights. It is written to be understood without a lawyer — if any part is unclear, ask.

1. Who handles your data
The controller of the personal data on this site is Gustavo Massola Dantas, registered under Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 50.138.038/0001-01, trading as Tag Dantas, based in Atibaia, São Paulo, Brazil.

2. What is collected
Data you provide
When you fill in the free tracking audit form, the following is collected:
- Full name
- WhatsApp number
- Business name
- Industry
- Monthly ad budget range (optional)
- City (optional)
- Website or Instagram profile (optional)
If you prefer to talk directly on WhatsApp, the data is whatever you choose to send in the conversation.
Data collected automatically
While you browse, technical and behavioural data is recorded: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time on page, where the visit came from (an ad, a search, a link) and clicks on site buttons.
What is not collected automatically: name, phone number and e-mail are never sent to measurement tools by your browser. That data only exists when you type it into the form or give it in the conversation.
3. What it is used for
- Answering your audit request and carrying on the business conversation you started.
- Understanding how the site performs — how many people arrive, where from, what they read and where they drop off.
- Measuring ad performance when campaigns are running, so money is not spent showing ads to people with no interest.
- Meeting legal obligations where applicable.
Form data is never sold, transferred or used for bulk messaging. There is no e-mail marketing list.
On the legal basis. Processing the form data rests on your own request — you are asking for an audit, which amounts to preliminary steps towards a possible contract. Browsing and advertising measurement, on the other hand, rely on technologies that require your consent, following the guidance of the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD). That is why nothing related to measurement or advertising loads before you choose in the notice shown on your first visit — and you can change that choice at any time.
4. Who it is shared with
No data is sold. Sharing happens only with the providers needed for the site to work and for measurement to exist:

5. Data outside Brazil
Some of these providers process data on servers outside Brazil, notably in the United States and Europe. By using the site you are aware that this international transfer takes place, on the basis of the data protection clauses and commitments each provider sets out in its own terms.
If you are writing from outside Brazil, note that the controller is established in Brazil and the applicable law is Brazilian. That does not narrow what you can ask for: the rights listed in section 9 are honoured for anyone who asks, wherever they are.
6. How long it is kept
- Form and conversation data: kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and for up to 5 (five) years after the last contact, a period consistent with any need for proof. You can ask for deletion before that.
- Browsing and measurement data: according to each tool's retention policy, typically 2 to 14 months.
- Technical access logs: kept for the period required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.
7. Cookies and measurement
Cookies are small files the site writes to your browser. Equivalent technologies are also used, such as local storage and identifiers sent from the server. On this site they break down as follows:

This site uses server-side measurement alongside browser-side measurement. In practice that means part of the events are sent from a dedicated server on a subdomain of this site, rather than directly by your browser. The purpose and the data are the same as described above — only the technical route changes.
8. How to refuse or change your mind
On your first visit a notice appears with three options of equal weight: accept all, reject all or choose category by category. Until you decide, no measurement or advertising cookie is written.
To change it later, click the Cookies button in the bottom-left corner of any page — or open your preferences now. Your choice is kept for 180 days.
If you reject a category, the cookies already stored for that category are deleted from your browser on the next page load.
Beyond that, you can:
- Configure your browser to block or delete cookies from this site.
- Use Google's official add-on to opt out of Google Analytics, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Adjust your Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
- Write to me and ask for your data to be deleted, by e-mail or WhatsApp.
9. Your rights
The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018) grants you, among others, the right to:
- know whether data about you is being processed and get access to it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data;
- request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully;
- request portability of your data to another provider;
- withdraw consent and ask for the deletion of data processed on that basis;
- be told who your data has been shared with;
- object to processing you consider irregular.
To exercise any of these, write to gusthavodantas@hotmail.co.uk. Requests are answered within 15 (fifteen) days. There is no charge.
10. Security
The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the accounts and tools involved is protected by two-step verification. Form data arrives by e-mail and WhatsApp and is not stored in any public database.
No system is immune to incidents. Should a security incident occur that could pose a relevant risk to data subjects, notification will be made as the law requires.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the tools used or in the law. The date of the last update is at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
